Aleksei Mazur is a political columnist for the site Tayga.info. He writes on civic and political life in the Siberian regions and also on the problems of urbanism in Novosibirsk. He has also appeared in the national press and has several publications on politics. During the late 1980s and early 1990s he took an active role in democratic movements.
He lives in Siberia.
