Amal Obeidi is an Associate Professor of Comparative Politics at the University of Benghazi, Libya, and an Associate Researcher at the University of Bayreuth, Germany. She co-authored the country report on Libya for the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s Transformation Index (BTI).
