Dr Amanda Berlan is a Senior Lecturer at Coventry University specialising in the ethics and socio-economic sustainability of cocoa production. She has extensive field experience working with farmers in Ghana, India and the Dominican Republic and has published on a wide range of subjects including child labour, education, gender, productivity, crop management and Fairtrade.
