Andzor Kabard is an independent consultant on the Black and Caspian Sea region. In 2011-2012 he was one of the initiators of the evacuation of Syrian Circassians to the Russian republics of Adygea and Kabardino-Balkaria. In 2012, he was the official representative of the International Circassian Association in Moscow, as well as the co-chairperson of the Kabardian delegation of the Russian Congress of Peoples of the Caucasus. He currently lives in New York.
