Anneliese Baldaccini is senior legal and advocacy officer for Amnesty International, focussing on the EU's migration and asylum policies. She has written extensively on refugees and human rights issues and co-edited, amongst others, the volume of contributions on EU immigration and asylum law and policy Whose Freedom, Security and Justice? Prior to joining Amnesty International in Brussels, she was a policy analyst for the House of Lords European Union Committee and human rights legal officer for JUSTICE, the British section of the International Commission of Jurists.
