Arthur Peña has been teaching ESL and Spanish for over 20 years and has a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Linguistics from the University of Iowa. His experience with trans-partisan politics includes work with the Transpartisan Alliance, training with the Public Conversations Project, and personally sponsoring town hall meetings and local discussion groups aimed at bridging the gap between “left” and “right.”
