Carlo von Loesch, coder and activist, joined the Piratenpartei in 2009, and since then has been touring Italy promoting, deploying and explaining Liquid Feedback technology to the Italian Pirate Party, and other interested groups and the media. He has drafted law proposals at the Italian Chamber of Representatives on topics of governmental transparency. The newest proposal is about enforcing the Secrecy of Correspondence in all telecommunication devices.
