Chloé Lewis is a DPhil candidate in the Department of International Development at the University of Oxford where her research focuses on responses to sexual violence in the DRC. She was a Policy Research Fellow with the Working Group on Women, Peace and Security in 2013-2014 and a researcher for the Human Rights Center Sexual Violence Program at the University of California, Berkeley. Chloé is a member of the Missing Peace Young Scholars Network.
