Claudia Paz y Paz Bailey was appointed attorney general of Guatemala in 2010 and served until 2014. She is the author of “Transforming Justice in Guatemala: Strategies and Challenges Investigating Violent Deaths 2011-2014.” She served as Distinguished Scholar in Residence at the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security.

Ha sido Profesora Distinguida en Residencia en Instituto para la Mujer, la Paz y la Seguridad de Georgetown.
