Dag Erik Berg is a postdoctoral research fellow associated with the group on ‘Inequality and Diversity” at the Centre for Modern Indian Studies, University of Göttingen, Germany. He is a political scientist and has been teaching Intercultural Studies. His ongoing book project is concerned with studying the Dalits in India, caste based oppression and legal responses in India to redress social injustice.
