Delina Goxho is an external consultant for PAX in the Netherlands and Open Society Foundations in Brussels. Since 2017 she has been working on Open Society’s sole initiative on armed drones, which aims at limiting the use of such systems to areas of active battlefield, where armed drones should be used according to International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law. Delina is now moving towards work in the Sahel on civil/military partnership. Prior to this, Delina has worked for the European External Action Service and the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
