Douglas Selvage is an historian and Project Director in the Education and Research Division of the Office of the Federal Commissioner for the Stasi Records in Berlin. He is currently completing a book with Dr. Walter Süß on the Stasi, human rights and the Helsinki Process, 1973-1989.
