Dr Ewan McGaughey (@ewanmcg) is a senior lecturer at the School of Law, King’s College, London, and a research associate at the Centre for Business Research, University of Cambridge. He is the author of A Casebook on Labour Law, a co-author of the Manifesto for Labour Law project and is writing a new book called Principles of Enterprise Law on finance, governance, and rights in public and private enterprises.
