Since 2012, Gabriella Alberti is associate professor in Work and Employment Relations at Leeds University Business School. Her research focus is on migrant labour, equality and diversity, EU mobility, precarious work, trade union renewal, social movement and intersectionality. Gabriella aims for a productive cross-pollination between research, policies and practices on the ground in order to promote effective changes and organisational renewal in employment relations and is a member of the Leeds Migration Research Network, an interdisciplinary research network of academics and practitioners.
