Gillian Brock is Associate Professor in Philosophy at the university of Auckland in New Zealand. She is the author of Global Justice: A Cosmopolitan Account (Oxford University Press, 2009), and editor or co-editor of Current Debates in Global Justice (Springer, 2005), The Political Philosophy of Cosmopolitanism (Cambridge,2005), and Necessary Goods: Our Responsibilities to Meet Others’Needs (Rowman and Littlefield,1998).
