Guy Major is a senior lecturer in Neuroscience at Cardiff University, with a lifelong interest in employee ownership and workplace democracy. His main ‘day job’ research interests include computational neuroscience and applying A.I. techniques to automated marking of assessments, including practice tests with detailed expert feedback, which ultimately may be a route to improving educational standards and maybe even human intelligence, if applied across the educational system.
