Swedish diplomat Hans Blix is the man most famous for leading the investigation that failed to find any evidence of WMD’s in Iraq. One of the first on the scene as the Chernobyl disaster unfolded in 1986, he later worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency under George Bush Sr. in 1991 and again in 2003 with George Bush Jr.
