Helga Embacher is Professor of Contemporary History at the University of Salzburg. Her fields of research are National Socialism, Jewish history and antisemitism. She led the project (New) Antisemitism and Anti-Americanism in Germany, France and Great Britain. She supervises the project Antisemitism and Islamophobia in Austria in the context of the Gaza war in summer 2014.
