Ingrid Volkmer is an Associate Professor in the School of Culture and Communication at the University of Melbourne. Her recent publication is The Global Public Sphere – Public Communication in the Age of Reflective Interdependence, Cambridge: Polity, 2014. She has recently been appointed to the International Panel on Social Progress (Princeton University).
