Joanna E. Springer is a Research Associate for a rule-of-law advancement project in Doha, Qatar funded by the Qatar National Research Fund. She conducted field research in the West Bank in 2013 on the impact of governance reform on aid effectiveness, and worked with Palestinian NGOs in 2011 and 2013. She holds a Master in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a focus in economic development.
