John Christensen is the former economic adviser to the British Crown Dependency of Jersey, a pre-eminent British tax haven. Having originally trained as a forensic fraud investigator, he is now the director of the Tax Justice Network, a member of the OECD Task Force on Tax and Development, and a board member of Washington, D.C.-based New Rules for Global Finance.
