John De Coninck works as researcher and policy adviser at the Cross-Cultural Foundation of Uganda in Kampala. He has worked at Makerere University and for a variety of national and international development organisations in Uganda. He has published on Civil Society development in the region and has been involved in several research initiatives on poverty reduction policy
