Jordi Vaquer is the director for Global Foresight and Analysis at the Open Society Foundations. Previously, he was the Open Society Foundations regional director for Europe and a co-director of the Open Society Initiative for Europe. Formerly he was director of the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB).
