Kevin Crow is an international lawyer who holds research positions at the Transnational Economic Law Research Centre at the University of Halle-Wittenberg Law School, Germany; the Asia School of Business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and the MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, USA. His research focuses on 'judgment' and 'belief' in international law, corporate subjectivity to international law, and most recently, the private sector’s role in authoring public international law.
