Kimana Zulueta-Fülscher is a senior program officer in the Constitution Building Programme, and former head of the Democracy, Conflict and Security Unit at International IDEA. Kimana focuses on post-conflict constitution building and democracy support as a tool for peace- and state-building. She holds a PhD in political science and international relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
