Kirill Koroteev is Legal Director of the Moscow-based Human Rights Centre "Memorial", specialised in taking cases to the European Court of Human Rights. He previously worked on human rights issues in different States of the former USSR and taught public law. He graduated from State University - Higher School of Economics in Moscow and holds a master's degree from the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne.
