Lourdes Romero is deputy editor-in-chief at esglobal and director of the project A Roadmap towards a Feminist Foreign Policy in Spain. She is a journalist specializing in Africa and the Middle East regions. She writes about gender, sustainability and human rights. She contributed to the book, 'Political and Economic Journalism Studies', with the chapter 'Slow journalism: time to take a break', and has worked in the Communication Department of the International Crisis Group in Brussels.
