Luigi Daniele is a doctoral student in the Centre for Conflicts, Rights and Jusice at Nottingham Trent University and at the University of Naples Federico II. His research interests focus on International Criminal Law (ICL), International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Human Rights, International Legal Theory, and Critical and Supranational Criminology.
