Manuel Serrano is a Portuguese journalist and political analyst. He currently works at the International Organization for Migration. Previously, he worked as a Robert Schuman Journalist at the European Parliament (2018) and as a Junior Editor at DemocraciaAbierta (2015-2017). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from ESADE Law School and a Master´s degree in International Relations from the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).
