Marcia D. Mundt is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Public Policy and Public Affairs at the McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies, University of Massachusetts-Boston. She is also a current USIP Jennings Randolph Peace Scholar and Fulbright-Hays Fellow researching deliberative democracy and its impacts on peacebuilding in Central America.
