Mohammad is a Palestinian, born in Syria. He recently completed his PhD in English literature at the University of Exeter. His work focuses on Britain's literary and cultural interactions with the Ottomans and the Arabs during the long eighteenth century. He also works on modern Arabic and Palestinian literature.
