Mona Mishra is an independent researcher based in Delhi and has been working HIV-related issues since 1995. Previously she has worked with various UN agencies on strategic planning and implementation, with a special emphasis on HIV, sexual health and gender rights issues. She studied economics and documentary filmmaking and remains a continuing student of the political economy of marginalisation in India.
