Nidal Hassan is a Syrian director and screenwriter who worked with the National Film Organization in Damascus between 2003 and 2012, during which time he completed a collection of feature films and documentaries. He has published a series of articles on cinema, and translated two books on cinema as part of Seventh Art’s publications.
