Nina-Kathrin Wienkoop is a doctoral candidate at the Center for the Study of Democracy, Leuphana University, Lüneburg, where she holds her fellowship. She coordinates a working group on Movements and Institutions at the Institute for Social Movement Studies Berlin (ipb). Her research interests involve democratization processes, third term amendment struggles in Africa, as well as the interactions of institutions and movements.
