Nur is a policy member of Al-Shabaka policy network, an assistant researcher at the Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS) and a visiting lecturer at Al-Quds Bard Honors College. She has a dual BA in political science and economics from Sciences Po (France) and Columbia University (USA), and holds an MPhil in development studies from the University of Cambridge (UK).
