Philippe Duhamel is a strategist and civil resistance organizer based in Quebec, Canada. He works as an independent consultant and trainer specializing in strategic campaign design involving the use of nonviolent direct action and mass civil disobedience. He has worked for labour unions, human rights organizations, environmental and community groups, and the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict (ICNC). Philippe is also the current volunteer coordinator of the One-Generation Moratorium campaign, a citizen-based initiative to protect Quebec from dirty energy development, and for a shift towards cleaner, renewable forms of energy.
