Salvador Santino F. Regilme, Jr. is a PhD Candidate in Political Science and North American Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin. He was recently named one of the 100 World Leaders of Tomorrow for 2012 at the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Awards of the 42nd St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland.
