Sam Illingworth is a postdoctoral research assistant at the University of Manchester, where he investigates the remote sensing of greenhouse gases from airborne instruments, as well as running numerous outreach activities including helping to host the Barometer podcast. He will shortly be taking up a position at Manchester Metropolitan University, as a lecturer in Science Communication.
