Sanjay Pinto is a Brooklyn-based sociologist. He is a fellow at the Worker Institute at Cornell and the Rutgers School of Management Labour Relations, and works with several social justice and philanthropic organisations. His current research projects focus on digital organising strategies, union explorations of worker ownership, responses to workplace sexual and racial harassment, and approaches to building multiracial solidarity.
