Sarah Stefanutti, Ph.D fellow at the Katholieke University of Leuven, works on transnational federalism, particularly looking at the European Union as the site for the expansion of spheres of justice and social democracy. Her interests include topic of cosmopolitanism, multiculturalism and bottom up approaches to democracy. Before that, she obtained an M.Phil in Social Anthropology at the University of Oxford and studied in Paris, Sorbonne, while obtained her BA in Philosophy at the University of Bologna.
