Scott is a postgraduate researcher at Keele University studying for a PhD in Politics and International Relations. Scott's research focuses on the democratic legitimacy of multi-stakeholder forms of internet governance. Other areas of interest include, copyright, the digital commons, freedom of speech, and privacy.
