Sébastien Rioux is a Visiting Scholar at the Centre d’études sur le droit international et la mondialisation at the Université du Québec à Montréal and teaches in the Department of Industrial Relations at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. His research focuses on the vital role of food in the global political economy and as a key vector of uneven development and social inequalities.
