Sherine El Taraboulsi is a research fellow with the Humanitarian Policy Group at ODI. Her research has covered Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen and north Nigeria with an interest in state and nation formation, the influence of socio-political transitions on resource mobilisation and formal and informal types of youth civic engagement.
