Sujit Choudhry is Cecelia Goetz Professor at the NYU School of Law, where he directs the Center for Constitutional Transitions (www.constitutionaltransitions.org). He has worked as a foreign constitutional expert in support of constitutional transitions in Egypt, Jordan, Libya and Tunisia (with the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance), Nepal (with the United Nations Development Program and the Nepal Bar Association), and Sri Lanka (with the Forum of Federations and the Center for Policy Alternatives).
