Vanessa Alexander is a Canadian writer and researcher in the field of conflict resolution. She currently works for Conciliation Resources, a peace-building NGO based in London. She has a Masters in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). In 2007 she spent time in Pakistan working on migration issues. Vanessa's research interests include women's involvement in peace processes and natural resources and conflict.
