Vesna Maric is a writer. She is the author of a novel, ‘The President Shop’ (2021), and a memoir, ‘Bluebird’ (2009), which recounts her experiences as a refugee in the UK during the 1992-95 war in Bosnia. She has also written for Granta Online, The Guardian and the Financial Times.
