Viorel Ursu is a Senior Policy Analyst at Open Society Foundations. He specialises in EU External Relations with eastern Eastern Europe, Human Rights and Rule of Law.
He has been involved in developing and implementing strategies for civil society development in Moldova, including in the Transnistrian region, and managed a grantmaking program supporting community development, social integration of minorities, and human rights promotion.
