Volodymyr Artiukh has a PhD in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Central European University, and is an editor at Commons: Journal of Social Criticism. His academic interests: anthropology of labour movements and the political economy of the post-Soviet area. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at ERC-funded project ‘Emptiness: Living Capitalism and Democracy under (post-)Socialism,’ School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography/COMPAS, University of Oxford.
