There haven't been a whole lot of news reports from the World Social Forum in Bamako. The South African press came out [pessimistically](http://www.mg.co.za/articlepage.aspx?area=/breaking%5Fnews/breaking%5Fnews%5F%5Fafrica/&articleid=261703&ref=opendemocracy.net) ("Before, it was politicians putting us to sleep with their words...") while others said neoliberal capitalism has become [a scape goat](http://www.oneworld.net/external/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ipsnews.net%2Fnews.asp%3Fidnews%3D31756&ref=opendemocracy.net) for African countries who refused to take responsibility for poor government. No news, is good news?
