- Lead editor, Robin Wilson, has a PhD in politics with a particular interest in issues of interculturalism, on which he advises the Council of Europe.
- Co-editor, Shilpa Jindia, has a masters in human rights from LSE and has worked in Damascus, Cape Town and Istanbul.
- Associate editor Hannah Schling has a masters in globalisation and development from SOAS.
